An exciting opportunity has opened up to join the Glanbia client team at MG OMD as an Account Director, working across some of the world's leading lifestyle and sports nutrition brands, including Optimum Nutrition (UK & France), SlimFast, and Isopure.
We're looking for a talented and driven Account Director with a strong background in integrated media planning, spanning both offline and digital channels. You'll play a central role within the client team, collaborating closely with clients, internal channel specialists, and senior leadership to deliver best-in-class work.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead high-impact campaigns across both brand and performance media, while also mentoring and managing a Senior Account Executive., * Act as the lead day-to-day contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
* Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of media campaigns across all channels.
* Ensure all work meets the highest standards of planning, creativity, and execution.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop insight-led, results-driven media strategies.
* Support the development and growth of junior team members.
* Proven experience in media planning across both digital and offline channels. * Strong client management and communication skills. * A strategic mindset with the ability to translate client objectives into effective media plans. * Experience managing or mentoring junior team members. * A passion for health, wellness, and performance brands is a plus.
