This role exists to ensure a seamless, welcoming, and secure environment for all building users. It supports the client's operational needs while maintaining high standards in cleanliness, hospitality, and event coordination.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house service, acting as the first point of contact for all building users. You will carry out cleaning duties to a high standard in line with PM3 auditing requirements and under the guidance of the Cleaning Supervisor. Your responsibilities will also include supporting event setups to meet client specifications, managing hospitality services, and stepping in to lead events in the absence of a supervisor when required. You will work closely with site security, ensuring compliance with their instructions, and escort subcontractors carrying out maintenance or building works. Additionally, you will assist the Client Business Team with service-related requests, contribute to service improvements, and undertake any other reasonable tasks within your capabilities as directed by the Management Team.

Requirements:

· Experience in cleaning or facilities roles. (Desirable)

· Holder of a British Passport (ESSENTIAL)

· Eligible for DV (Developed Vetting) clearance. (ESSENTIAL)

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented
