Job Description

We are working with a leading global company on a major digital transformation programme within their insurance division. As part of this initiative, we are urgently seeking an experienced Architectural Tech Lead with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

This is a critical role that will help shape the technical delivery of a complex, enterprise-scale solution involving multiple integration points and high-performance data flows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate high-level architectural concepts into detailed technical designs for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
  • Lead the technical delivery of complex integration patterns involving Azure Integration Services, Azure Data Fabric, and third-party platforms.
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and development of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring alignment with platform best practices.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless, end-to-end data flow and timely delivery of programme milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to technical debt, rework, and long-term maintainability.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Architect in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration architecture, data flow design, and automation.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between architecture and implementation, ensuring development teams deliver against technical blueprints.
  • Experience working in regulated industries, ideally within insurance or financial services.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
