An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial or Corporate Estate Surveyor to join the in-house property team of Norfolk County Council, based in Norfolk.
This role offers the chance to be directly involved in the general estates surveying work of a diverse Norfolk based operational property portfolio. Delivering all aspects using a client facing case based approach, including lease renewals and rent review negotiations, sales and lettings, valuations.
You will have experience of working in a highly regularised environment as well as experience of Landlord & Tenant work. You will need strong IT and organisation skills and excellent communication and attention to detail.
Knowledge of the local government governance processes and procedures is desirable but not essential - we recognise that this is a unique role that requires a mix of skills and experience, and role specific training will be provided as required.
