Location: Wolverhampton
Rate: £28.40 per hour (New Adult MOU/MOC rates apply)
Contract: Temporary, Full-time
Team: Adult Social Care - East Locality Team

Please note: The maximum rate for this role is £28.40 per hour. Only submit candidates who are happy with this rate.

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult Services team in Wolverhampton, working within the East Locality. The role involves:

Conducting Care Act Conversations using the 3 Conversation Model.

Supporting adults with a variety of needs including:

Learning Disabilities (LD)

Physical Disabilities (PD)

Complex care needs

Older adults

Dementia

Undertaking safeguarding enquiries and mental capacity assessments.

Completing court work as required.

Participating in the duty rota supporting adults in the locality.

Essential Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker (Degree/Diploma in Social Work)

Registered with Social Work England

Experience working with LD/PD service users

Familiarity with Eclipse case management system

Strong knowledge of the Care Act, safeguarding procedures, and MCA
