PHD, as part of Omnicom Media Group (OMG), have won the brand media business for a large tech client for which we need some amazing people to help service it., * Working with PHD teams, both local and regional, to ensure excellent strategy, planning and activation delivery - particularly in their use of Omni, OMG's proprietary marketing orchestration platform
* Supporting the management of centralized digital budget for emerging markets, along with a central client
* Developing a strong working relationship with the digital activation hub, driving process refinement in response to local market feedback

About the client you will work on:

While this team is focused on supporting 4 key markets plus 10+ emerging markets in EMEA, it's part of a larger global team servicing the same client in North America and LATAM. The client has ambitious growth goals and expects its agency partner to move as quickly as they do. You'll certainly learn a lot about the category and how to work in a complex business that has significant local nuance, but as with most global brands, a desire for consistency across borders.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
* Support Director and team to develop the client relationship and be recognised by clients as a valuable member of the account team
* Deliver high quality output both internally and externally with rigorous attention to detail
* Ensure flawless strategy, planning, and activation for the "emerging markets" campaigns
* Gain familiarity with Omni, OMG's proprietary marketing orchestration platform, specifically in the media planning app Studio and the tactical workflow tool Planit - supporting local markets' with their use as well
* Develop a strong working relationship with the digital activation hub, driving process refinement in response to local market feedback
* Support the director in the tri-annual client satisfaction survey and subsequent action plans with local markets
* Deliver precise financial management and administration
* Own your own development - actively seek to learn, both from PHD's ongoing training and information sessions as well as external opportunities
* Contribute to company-wide initiatives, such as our employee council, DE&I committee, strategy community, and more
* Some work experience in media, ideally planning or buying * Basic understanding of media terminology and concepts, particularly digital * High energy and resilience * Have strong organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once * Strong communication and presentation skills (written and oral) * Great attention to detail * Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work across teams for a common goal * Familiarity with the technologies and systems associated with digital media and data * Strong spoken and written English
