Make a difference as a strategic Key Account Manager - South
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Key Account Manager to grow and nurture strong partnerships with Multi Academy Trusts (MATs) across the South of the UK.
In this exciting role, you’ll take the lead in building meaningful relationships with schools and trusts – helping them discover the incredible benefits of learning beyond the classroom. You’ll be the go-to expert for a portfolio of MAT clients, creating tailored solutions and showing how PGL Beyond can support their goals every step of the way.
If you’ve got a strong background in sales, a head for strategy, and a natural flair for building trust and turning insight into action – we’d love to hear from you.
Is this you?
- Proven success in key account management or business development, ideally in education, group travel, or service sectors.
- Experience working with Multi Academy Trusts, educational frameworks, or the public procurement process.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker who can balance long-term relationship building with short-term sales performance.
- Strong organisational skills and experience managing a field-based territory (South) with autonomy.
- CRM proficiency (ideally Salesforce), with a data-driven approach to client management
