The role involves working collaboratively in both Hard Services and Soft Services Administration. You will be responsible for ensuring all administrative functions are carried out according to processes and procedures to meet KPI objectives. A high level of professionalism, communication, and relationship-building with all operational teams is essential, along with fostering a positive health and safety culture.
Main Duties
You will administer all work order management across the Heathrow Airport Contract and provide service support to Engineers, Supervisors, and Managers in any area. Knowledge of current and overdue work orders is necessary, and you will ensure operational staff are aware of upcoming work order completions. Weekly meetings with operational supervisors will be held to review all aspects of their areas and prevent failures. You will run PowerBi reports and understand the reporting system to ensure no work orders miss their completion dates. Collaboration with onsite teams around Heathrow to share updates on work orders is required. You must be able to cover multiple areas and be prepared to relocate as needed. Additionally, you will work with engineers, supervisors, and managers to complete work orders within 30 days of completion and escalate unresolved issues.
