Given the significant investment Diageo already makes in influencer partnerships, your role is crucial in enhancing the value of these media investments by understanding both paid and earned impacts from our collaborations. As we expand our strategic focus and investment into partnerships and collaborations, especially within social media, you will serve as the 'go-to' expert in this dynamic space.
* The role creators and partners play in effective marketing strategies to Diageo's portfolio of brands continues to expand and evolve at pace. As Global Influencer Manager, you will develop Diageo's partnership strategy to ensure Diageo stays ahead of these changes and maximise the effectiveness of our investments. You will do this by working closely with the Global Head of Media and Global Head of Community.
* With the support of the Global Head of Community, and the wider Digital Transformation team you will implement the global partnership strategy, guiding our agencies, platforms and technology partners to support successful implementation in every market.
* Our evolving social operating model will increase our market teams focus and investment levels into partnership activity. You will with work with Global Social Manager to influence the new operational structure to ensure it enables best practise in partnership investments.
* You will work closely with Global and local brand managers, C&E teams, regional HUBs and technology partners to understand our brands, regions and markets. This understanding will enable you to provide appropriate guidance, tools and process to achieve ambitious brand objectives. You will continuously track performance, support with challenges and celebrate success and support a continuous learning agenda.
* You will partner with D&T to ensure we are optimising our use of technology to help brands identify, create, monitor and report on partner campaigns with greater clarity and agility than ever before.
* Partnering with the wider global media team, D commerce team, D&T, GBTs and regional hubs you will define partners to help us monetise campaigns, via affiliate marketing programs, influencer payment models and in platform social selling tools to drive consumers from awareness to transaction.
* You will enable the safe and responsible execution of community driven campaigns and content, striving for 100% compliance to Diageo's marketing code. You will support the Responsible marketing team to review, optimise and drive awareness of our influencer marketing standards globally, in line with changes to our operations, the social landscape and platform partners.

You will be responsible for:
* Developing our global partnership strategy in line with market and operational advancements
* Defining and deploying partnership best practice to hubs, markets and GBTs
* Identify and implement opportunities to drive efficiencies and performance improvements to the operating model, WoW and best practise.
* Deliver regular communications and performance reports to celebrate success, monitor and track progress towards our ambitions and establish continuous learning agenda
* Collaborate with wider media team and markets to increase monetisation of influencer and search campaigns
* Identify and implement technology tools to support ease of best practise implementation and compliance

* We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, bringing their experience of working within the creator economy, has a track record of scaling best practice and has relationship building skills to inspire change. * We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and can talk comfortably and expertly with internal and external teams. * At least 6 years of digital marketing experience. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate how they have led successful marketing strategies ideally for or within CPG companies and driven exceptional growth at scale across a business. * Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Able to communicate complex information in a simple, straight-forward, persuasive way. Confidently presenting plans and ideas, often to a senior audience * Curious self-starter who is energised by a rapidly-changing environment, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while staying focused on priorities which will drive maximum impact for Diageo * Ability to influence, persuade and lead broader teams and build relationships
