IPAF Cherry Picker Operator (Temp)

Our client, a leading provider of access solutions, is seeking a skilled and reliable IPAF Cherry Picker Operator to join their team in Mine head. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator looking to contribute to a dynamic and growing business.

Role Overview:

As an IPAF Cherry Picker Operator, you will be responsible for operating a cherry picker to support a range of projects. You will work closely with other team members to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality access to various areas. The role requires a focus on safety, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent service on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate the IPAF Cherry Picker (3A/3B) to access working areas at height

• Ensure the safe setup and operation of the equipment in line with health and safety standards

• Assist in other tasks on-site, including loading and unloading materials as needed

• Maintain equipment and report any faults or issues to the supervisor

• Ensure the work site is clean, safe, and organised

• Work in compliance with all health and safety regulations

• Report any concerns or hazards promptly to the site manager

Requirements:

• Valid IPAF 3A/3B certification (mandatory)

• Previous experience operating a cherry picker in a construction or industrial environment is preferred

• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations

• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights

• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
