About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Security Manager to lead the security operations at our Marks & Spencer Distribution Centre. This role is critical in ensuring the safety of our site, staff, and assets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all security operations, ensuring the safety and protection of people, property, and stock.
Manage and develop a team of security officers, providing training, guidance, and performance management.
Monitor and enforce health & safety regulations and security policies.
Prevent and investigate incidents of theft, fraud, and unauthorised access.
Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and senior management on security matters.
Implement and maintain security procedures, including access control and CCTV monitoring.
Conduct risk assessments and respond to security threats efficiently.
Ensure compliance with all legal and industry security standards.
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a Security Manager or Senior Security Supervisor role.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing security teams.
Excellent knowledge of security procedures, risk management, and crime prevention.
Ability to handle incidents calmly and professionally.
Good understanding of health & safety regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CCTV, access control systems, and incident reporting.
SIA (Security Industry Authority) License required.
