Butler Rose Public Practice are delighted to be supporting our client, a highly prominent mid-tier accounting firm with offices based in a highly prestigious area of London, that are eager to appoint an experienced Senior Bookkeeper/Management Accountant to complement the firm's business services department.

Role Requirements -

  • Manage a portfolio of 10-20 high profile clients mainly from the world of entertainment and media.
  • Daily bookkeeping for clients using XERO and Quickbooks
  • Production of monthly management accounts to include commentary and analysis.
  • Cash flow forecasting and budgeting as required by clients.
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns, and dealing with HMRC queries as required
  • Purchase and sales ledger processing
  • Data entry using various accounting software (Xero and Quickbooks Online)
  • Liaising with clients and their representatives/managers
  • Provide training to junior staff members.
  • Ad hoc tasks as required.


Person Requirements -

  • Ideally AAT qualified or ACCA/ACA fully or part qualified with 5+ years' experience working in a similar bookkeeper/management accountant role for a UK based accounting firm.
  • Experience of working with high profile individuals to include A list celebrities would be advantageous.
  • Highly proficient in the use of Xero, Quickbooks and other cloud-based accounting experience
