Role: Band 6 Multidisciplinary Pathway Worker
Location: Orchard House, 17 Orchard Street, Broadstairs
Trust: NELFT NHS Foundation Trust - Kent CYPMHS (Thanet)
Duration: 3 Months
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: £27 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Cover duty within the CYPMHS Thanet service

Undertake initial assessments for young people

Help reduce waiting times for clinical interventions

Conduct clinical harm reviews for those waiting to start treatment

Present cases to the MDT, formulate plans, and create safety strategies

Skills & Experience Required:

CAMHS/CYPMHS experience is essential

Experience with assessment, risk management, and safety planning

Strong communication and IT skills

Confident using RIO

Familiarity with the Kent CYPMHS pathway
