Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (site-related pay may vary)

We are currently recruiting for Security Support Officers to join our professional and dedicated team across the Staffordshire area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a strong sense of integrity, vigilance, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a visible and reassuring presence across designated sites
* Ensure the safety and security of clients, staff, and the public
* Conduct regular patrols and inspections
* Monitor CCTV and respond to alarms as required
* Access control, including visitor management
* Write clear and accurate incident reports

Requirements:
* Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible with working hours (including nights and weekends)
* Professional, reliable, and punctual
