* Lead on the delivery of end-to-end procurement processes across a diverse portfolio including services, works, and concessions

* Strong operational procurement experience, ideally within public sector transport or infrastructure projects * Demonstrated knowledge of procurement regulations and commercial strategy, with experience managing concessions contracts highly desirable * Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivering practical solutions
