Senior HR Advisor
Ref: b5ca17f3ac504fac9278752d0280bc94* Provide high-quality, professional HR advice and support to operational managers across a range of employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary cases, disputes, restructures, and redundancy
* Act as an adviser during investigations and hearings, offering clear guidance on employment law and internal policy
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with strategic priorities
* Advise and support on TUPE processes, ill health management and occupational health referrals
* Collaborate with trade union representatives and attend local joint consultative meetings
* Assist in preparing cases for Employment Tribunal, as required
* Support performance management and job evaluation processes across operational services
* Work closely with managers to promote staff wellbeing and engagement initiatives
* Substantial HR advisory experience in a local authority, housing association, or similarpublic sectorsetting * Experience working with blue collar workforces and engaging with trade unions in a unionised environment * CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience), with the ability to hit the ground running in a hybrid working environment
