We are looking for a proactive and experienced property solicitor or conveyancer to handle a diverse portfolio of residential property matters. You'll be responsible for independently managing transactions from instruction through to completion, with support available where needed. The role includes dealing with a range of matters such as freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build properties, plot sales, remortgages, transfers of equity, and related property finance.
