Social Workers required for work within the Adult Community Team in the beautiful Devon area based in Tiverton. Competitive rates up to £35ph. 37 hours a week. 3 month minimum contract. Exciting opportunity in a lovely coastal area. Flexible, hybrid working arrangements.


Undertake strength-based assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with individuals and their families. Work closely with health professionals, voluntary organisations, and other stakeholders. Manage a varied caseload, ensuring timely interventions and safeguarding where necessary. Promote independence and well-being through creative and solution-focused approaches.

You will be Social Work England registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
