Camden Council is offering an exciting locum opportunity for an experienced Team Manager to lead the Integrated Learning Disabilities Service - a forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary team recognised for its inclusive, strengths-based approach to supporting adults with learning disabilities.

This is your chance to join a service that was part of the Named Social Worker Pilot, delivering innovative care and empowering people to live fulfilling, independent lives.

About the Role
As the Team Manager, you will:

Lead a multi-disciplinary team including qualified professionals from social work, nursing, psychiatry, occupational therapy, and more.

Drive a culture of excellence through strengths-based practice and high-quality service delivery.

Collaborate with health and care partners to ensure integrated, holistic support.

Provide expert supervision, operational leadership, and budget management.

Oversee safeguarding practice and ensure Care Act compliance.

Play a key role in strategic planning, audits, and improving service outcomes.

Be a lead figure in either the out-of-borough Named Worker project or First Contact (Duty) service.
