You will supervise contracted and reactive M&E and fabric maintenance services, ensuring compliance with statutory, legislative, and contractual obligations. Maintain up-to-date records, data and systems to provide an evidence-based platform for service delivery. This role exists to ensure the effective supervision and delivery of maintenance services, meeting both statutory and non-statutory requirements, and to support the growth and retention of client relationships.

Responsibilities:

As the Deputy Engineering Manager (Electrical Bias) you will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and additional works to ensure timely completion in line with contracted service levels. You will manage the day-to-day operations and administration of safe systems of work, develop and maintain client relationships, and provide technical support to maximise asset life expectancy and reliability. Additionally, you will supervise HV & LV installations and carry relevant responsibilities of a Low Voltage Authorised person. Conduct site audits, support financial procedures, and identify and scope additional work opportunities. You will manage third party contractors. Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with standards, policies, and procedures is also a key part of the role.

* HNC/ONC in Building Services Engineering (high level of electrical content)
* LV & HV Authorised Person qualification (Desirable)
* Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Knowledge and awareness of CAFM systems
* Strong supervisory and team management skills
