Your Role as a Store Detective

Are you observant, proactive, and ready to make a difference? As a Store Detective, you'll play a crucial role in preventing theft and protecting one of the UK's leading high-street retailers. You'll operate across multiple store locations, using your skills to identify, deter, and apprehend criminals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and prevent theft through proactive surveillance and intervention.
* Build strong relationships with police and crime prevention partners.
* Report incidents accurately and efficiently to assist with prosecutions.
* Attend court when necessary to provide evidence.
* Utilize modern surveillance tools, including CCTV and electronic tags.

What We're Looking For:
* Full UK driving licence required - travel between store locations is essential. Areas include [Southampton, Nursling, Hedge End, Portsmouth]
* SIA Licence - Previous store detective experience is highly desirable.
* Strong observational skills - Ability to remain calm and act decisively under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills - Both verbal and written (GCSE English or equivalent preferred).
* Customer-focused approach - Experience in a customer-facing role with a passion for service.
* Proactive and self-motivated - A team player with a positive attitude.
