HR Advisor

* Lead on a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management cases, ensuring they are handled promptly, fairly, and in line with employment law and company policy
* Provide expert, operational HR advice and guidance to managers and employees, with a strong focus on employee relations best practice and risk mitigation
* Partner with key stakeholders across the business to proactively identify and address ER issues, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal procedures
* Support and coach managers to enhance their capability in handling complex ER cases and to strengthen people management skills
* Collaborate with Employment Law Partners and indemnity insurers to ensure ER cases are managed with minimal risk to the business and to prevent potential employment tribunal claims
* Ensure consistency and fairness in the application of policies and procedures across all ER matters, aligned with company values and legal standards
* Contribute to the development and execution of the HR strategy with a particular focus on ER trends, issues, and case outcomes
* Manage and improve the HR service desk system to ensure timely and effective resolution of HR/ER queries and issues
* Provide accurate and timely reporting and analysis of employee relations cases and trends to inform business decisions
* Assist in delivering key HR projects with an ER impact, contributing expertise on people risk and compliance
Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience managing employee relations cases, preferably in a multi-site, high-volume environment. This role would be based 5 days on site, with the successful candidate being offered the opportunity to have their CIPD Level 5 sponsored.
