SEND/Inclusion Programme Lead

* Provide strong, values-driven leadership across directorates to ensure high performance and effective delivery of SEND and inclusion programmes
* Champion and manage change initiatives, ensuring innovation and service transformation in line with policy reforms and evolving community needs
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, including parents, professionals, elected members, and external partners
* Monitor programme performance, manage resources effectively, and ensure services offer excellent value for money and measurable impact
* Proven leadership experience in SEND, inclusion, or children's services with a track record of delivering improved outcomes * Demonstrated ability to work across organisational boundaries and influence in complex multi-agency environments * Strong programme management skills, including experience in leading large-scale service improvements or policy implementation * In-depth understanding of SEND legislation, national education policies, and the needs of children and families * Skilled in strategic thinking, decision-making, and navigating political environments with confidence and sensitivity
