Interim Head of Services Operations

Contract Length: Until end of August 2025
Day Rate: £350 per day (umbrella)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00
Location: Home based

We are recruiting for an Interim Head of Services Operations to support a key client during a transitional period. This is a remote-based role requiring strong operational leadership and strategic oversight across facilities services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of both hard and soft FM services across multiple sites

• Act as budget holder and manage operational expenditure

• Oversee service performance and drive continuous improvement

• Provide leadership and support to delivery teams to meet KPIs

• Ensure BMS systems are effectively managed and utilised

• Liaise with senior stakeholders and manage service delivery strategy

• Maintain compliance with health and safety and company policy

Requirements:

• Proven senior-level experience in FM or building services

• Strong team management and stakeholder communication skills

• Experience managing operational budgets

• Good understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS)

• Standard DBS check required

• Candidates must have valid right to work in the UK
