Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join Birmingham Childrens Trust within their Connected Person Foster Carer Support & Supervision Team .

Part time 18.25 hrs per week

Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting and supervising connected carers (Family and Friends/Kinship placements)
* Conducting regular visits, supervisions, and viability assessments
* Supporting carers through the fostering process, including assessments and ongoing training
* Working closely with colleagues across fostering, safeguarding, and legal teams
* Ensuring compliance with fostering regulations and Birmingham Childrens Trust policies

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* At least2 years' PERM experience as a social worker within children's services
* Social Work England Registration
* Driving license and access to own vehicle
