This is an exciting opportunity to join the Assessment Specialist Management Team who provide support development and training for thousands of Assessment Specialists based around the world.

An Assessment Specialist is involved with producing and marking qualifications for learners around the world.

We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge. This role is in the Assessment Specialist Management team which works with Cambridge International and OCR.

About the role

You will be responsible for leading the provision of quality development opportunities for assessment specialists for UK and International Education. AS part of this role you will:
* Manage the design, delivery and evaluation of development programmes workshops, and seminars to enhance assessment specialist skills and leadership capabilities.
* Identify and develop high-potential assessment specialists for key assessment specialist leadership roles in through targeted development plans, coaching and mentoring programmes.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, promoting assessment specialist engagement and retention
* Identify areas of alignment across UK and International Education development opportunities for assessment specialists.
* Work closely with experts in Assessment from UK and International Education to pull their expertise into appropriate development packages.
* Line Manage 2 administrators, We review applications on an ongoing basis, with a closing date for all applications being 30th May and interviews are scheduled to take place w/c 9th June.
