You do not need previous experience as full on the job training will be provided, including fully funded CCTV SIA licence. So, if you are an excellent communicator with a great telephone manner and computer knowledge then we want to speak with you!
Customer service, CCTV Operator, incident reporting
Main Duties
* To be a member of the MITIE/IKEA ISOC team
* Using CCTV to identify criminal behaviour happening with IKEA Units
* Supporting IKEA Co-workers on the phone
* Input of security and crime incident data into a central database
* Providing a high level of customer service to our client
* Engagement with the MITIE loss prevention team

* Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload
* Committed and motivated
* Experience of working as part of a team
* Reliable, trustworthy and enthusiastic
* Must have a SIA CCTV badge
* Retail security experience
* £27,811.50 per annum working a 4 on 4 off/5 on 3 off shift Patten
* Varied shifts of 11 Hours Monday to Saturday and 7 hours on Sunday, Shifts are between the working hours of 11am till 10pm Monday to Saturday and 10:30am to 5:30pm
