We are currently looking for experienced Passive Fire Protection Installers to join Mitie Fire Protection.

We are looking for directly employed Fire Stoppers to install systems to our third-party accreditation standards. At Mitie we are accredited by FIRAS.

Applicants must be punctual, polite, and keen to work as part of team. They must be able to keep to tight deadlines and be able to work without guidance. Be able to communicate with customers onsite and understand the importance of paperwork and organisation. In addition, you will be required to follow established company policies and procedures, ensuring safety standards are satisfied and that quality control standards are maintained throughout all projects no matter what the size. They will be responsible to clean up debris and dispose of hazardous materials properly.

Ideal applicants will possess
* FIRAS - Penetration Sealing/Drylining
* CSCS Card - Minimum Blue
* Full Clean Drivers License
* Experience: 2 years minimum
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Fire Stopping or other relevant trade
* Ideally - PASMA/IPAF

Prior to any offer of employment being issued, pre-employment checks will be performed including the taking up of references and driving licence checks. In addition, candidates will need to satisfy requirements of an enhanced disclosure through the Disclosure & Baring Service (DBS Check).
