We are proposing to operate the space from 6am to 6pm when we transition to a Fitness Space on June 16th. We would see that the colleague in the community co-ordinator role would be available during standard working hours (9/5 or 9/6) to cover the majority of the day and facilitate any external users currently in the space.

Additional Security Points
* Proposed additional patrols to cover 6am-9pm when coordinator is not there for colleague safety
* We need to understand what we can do regards being able to allow users access at the weekend to use welfare facilities (football teams)

Job description as requested:

Colleague required to be situated within the gym area Chester Cawley House and conduct general day to day management of the facilities including the gym, indoor and outdoor sports facilities. They must ensure the facility runs smoothly, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and provide excellent customer service to all users

Key Responsibilities:

User Management: Sign in and out all users, including non-LBG individuals, ensuring accurate records are maintained.

Risk Assessments: Ensure risk assessments for all users and activities are documented and up-to-date.

Insurance Documentation: Document user insurance and liability information to ensure compliance and safety.

Space Maintenance: Conduct regular spot checks of the facility to ensure cleanliness and order, raising any issues with the facilities management team to resolve

Emergency Response: Act as the emergency first aider, providing immediate assistance in case of accidents or health issues.

Facility Access: Allow space access and usage of welfare facilities for external users, ensuring they are aware of and adhere to facility guidelines.

Fitness Classes: Facilitate regular fitness classes for LBG colleagues during working hours
