Sanderson are supporting a large programme of work within Financial Services and are looking to speak to Team Managers with regulatory reconciliations experience. This role will be hybrid working in Edinburgh.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading a team of up to 8 in client money reconciliations, ensuring full compliance with CASS regulations and internal policies.
* Driving continuous improvement in reconciliation processes to minimise risk and enhance accuracy.
* Setting and monitoring KPIs to promote high performance and accountability across the team.
* Resolving complex issues and managing escalations related to reconciliations.
* Overseeing regulatory reporting, including CMAR submissions and maintaining the CASS Resolution Pack.
* Collaborating with auditors and spearheading preparations for CASS and financial audits.
* Contributing to strategic initiatives and providing actionable insights for Management Information (MI) reporting.
* Ensuring all team activities align with Consumer Duty regulations.
* Deep understanding of CASS regulations and client money reconciliation processes. * Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to manage stakeholders effectively. * Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. * Highly organised with a keen attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving. * Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word, with significant experience in financial services-particularly in investments. * A minimum of 5 years' experience in finance roles within financial services, supported by relevant qualifications (part or fully qualified accountant/QBE preferred). * IOC qualification in mutual funds (or actively working toward it).
