Are you looking to join a standalone, forward-thinking practice that will support you to reach your career goals paying up to £65,000 pa gross (DOE, FTE)

  • Rotherham (Moorgate Road) Vets for Pets is looking for a full-time experienced vet to join the team ideally for 35 to 40 hours per week 
  • You would be joining a bright, spacious, air-conditioned surgery that has been purpose built to industry leading standards which has state of the art equipment including dedicated operating theatre, digital X-ray/in-house laboratory/ultrasound, rigid endoscopy, laparoscopy, and dentistry facilities
  • We can offer flexibility in shift patterns
  • This role will include 1 in 3 or 4 Saturday mornings (9am – 12pm) with no OOH, Sundays or Bank Holidays (except Good Friday)
  • We are a progressive practice who work to provide top class clinical and client care at the very heart of our community
  • Generous CPD allowance

The practice is run locally by the Practice Owner Eric, who is supported by our fantastic practice manager Gail and the wider team. This is made up of: 

  • 3 full time vets, including Eric, with CertSAS, advanced surgeries, ortho, BOAS, laparoscopy and more
  • 1 part time very experienced vet.
  • 5 RVNs, 2 SVN, 1 VCA

The role:
Ideally, we are looking for a 2 year + experienced vet who feels confident in all routine soft tissue surgery.

The role is for full time hours between 35 to 40 hours per week, we can be flexible on how these hours are worked and these can be split over 4 or 5 days. This will include working 1 in 3 or 4 Saturday mornings per month (9am to 12pm) and some solo charge.
