Are you interested in gaining an internationally recognised CELTA qualification (funded by PGL) and teach English to our guests from overseas as an AIGL/EFL colleague?

Join a 4 week training course running Jan-Feb or Feb-March ’24*
EFL season runs May-September ’24 (across all centres) with the rest of the season doing AIGL tasks at your main centre
Part Year Permanent contract
Approx. 70% teaching and 30% course preparation work

AIGL pay rate for AIGL hours worked, EFL pay rate (£14.21/hr) for EFL hours worked

 

*To be eligible you must meet the entry requirement in that you are a proficient English language user (eg English to a minimum C/5 at GCSE or IELTS Band 7 or above) and that you have the minimum number of UCAS points (112 points) to access further education gained across any A-Level or BTech subjects.

A 2 year training agreement must be signed agreeing to repaying the cost of the qualification should you leave PGL within 2 years post qualification
