If so, Subscribe & Save (SnS) is setting up a WW Marketing Hub and are seeking a talented Sr. Marketing Manager to support our growth with channel marketing. This is a unique opportunity to own the WW channel marketing. In this role, you will need to think strategically and creatively to build WW marketing strategies at scale. You will be responsible for defining and managing a multi-channel marketing approach, defining the experience, refining the messaging, and working cross-functionally to build and execute full funnel marketing campaigns. You will be a self-starter, extremely comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail.

Our vision for SnS is to offer customers recurring auto-deliveries of any replenishable item, at any frequency, everywhere in the world. We deliver this vision through defining and executing strategies grouped by four pillars that drive customer experience: Selection, Acquisition, Engagement and Retention. This role will be cross cutting across all pillars with a focus on acquisition and engagement. A successful candidate must be able to work at the strategic level (identifying WW customer behaviour to generate bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (optimizing channels and campaigns, analyzing traffic data and solving problems). This candidate will have a strong understanding of all aspects of the marketing funnel and possess great project management and influencing skills to work across multiple teams to achieve success. The primary focus will be to manage certain channels but not exclusively. Candidates can be based UK, DE, FR, IT or ES and will be responsible for marketing WW.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Owns the channel marketing approach for key marketing channels i.e. Owned, Earned, Paid.

  • Own campaigns from end-to-end: managing creative processes, targeting and segmentation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization

  • Own all work streams across multiple cross functional teams to maximise the channel performance including: customer segmentation, messaging, roadmap management.

Candidate Description

· 5+ years of experience in marketing · Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communication. · Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across a wider range of functional teams, including product management, marketing, creative, legal and merchandising teams · High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. · Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. · Proven track record of defining and delivering innovative marketing campaigns that drive long-term results. · Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. · Simple SQL abilities., · MBA or Master's degree in marketing or product management field. · Track record of managing and optimizing online traffic growth across multiple channels and sources (Free search, Paid search, direct, Email, Social etc.)
