AASC offers a range of improvements, with particular focus on assisting individuals through the asylum system and the Analytics and Performance team is a new function within the contract. This function is fundamental to the day-to-day operation of the AASC contract and is critical in understanding and improving the business operations.

As a Workflow Manager you will work with the Head of Analytics & Performance providing clear, accurate and time-sensitive reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. You'll facilitate appropriate testing of the MI and performance dashboards and manage the workflow co-ordinator and junior analyst to ensure timely and quality-controlled business reporting and support the Head of A&P and Senior Analysts.

What you need to do the job

You will have excellent time management skills and ability to manage and deliver a variety of priority tasks, prioritising own workload to meet specific timescales without prompt. You will also need experience of working in an Improvement and Agile environment as you will be continuously reviewing the business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones and deliverables, and identifying opportunities and risks so flexibility and adaptability skills are essential.

Excellent spoken and written communication where strong levels of attention to detail are required and you will be experienced in presentation and communication of complex information to a variety of stakeholders and be able to establish strong working relationships.

Responsible for liaison with all contract departments to ensure KPI, contractual and performance reporting link-ins are provided and act as a key point of contact for group MI and analysts

Some travel will be required so a full UK Driving Licence is preferred.

You will work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders and the following is also required:

  • Experience in excel essential

  • Knowledge of Power BI

  • Working knowledge of LEAN 6Sigma methodologies

  • Knowledge of SQL

    Lastly, due to the nature of the role Security clearance at Counter Terrorism Check level and Criminal Record Bureau checks are required (all offers of employment are subject to security clearance checks and approval by the Home Office).
