Amazon Logistics ES are looking to hire an experienced, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Engineering Administrator that can drive innovation and execution in transportation networks. As a member of Amazon Logistics Engineering team you will be responsible for completing all period administrative tasks from a procurement and finance perspective but also to provide initiatives for optimizing and improving current processes. This role will support both Engineering Projects as well as Business As Usual facilities teams aligning with the overall country business strategy. The role will be site based and home location is flexible., · PO raising for all Janitorial, Waste, Repairs and Projects - including receipting and working with the engineering teams on invoice validation - Management of Invoice On Hold tasks · KPI / metrics reporting - base data collation from various sources · Management of the Engineering shared drive / update specifics as required e.g Escalation procedures, holiday planners, management of data for weekly reporting · Weekly data capture of Trouble Ticketing - to assist in trend analysis, root cause analysis etc · Consolidation of all "I "audits to track/report AMZL actions. · Manage tracker of UK Network site facilities data · Work with FM supplier compliance team to schedule, action and track all tasks. · Management / tracking of completed audits - raise any TT's for works required and monitor until completion - Provide monthly overview / sites scores / No. of remedials, etc

Responsibilities: Project Engineering · Capturing and tracking of meeting minutes and actions · Population of project planning templates (task / action lists) · Generation of generic playbooks / project tracking tools · Execution of all project related purchase orders · Tracking of all purchase orders in accordance with project schedules · Low priority / risk vendor management · Develop and maintain project library, filing, recording and reporting systems · Co-ordinate production of all reports and produce project summary reports · Maintain risk and issue logs and change control records · Develop and support effective communication mechanisms between the project teams · Responsible for PM department practice audits - methods, standards and processes maintained throughout the project lifecycle

Candidate Description

2-year Associate degree (or professional training) in Business Administration, Information System, Engineering or related fields. 3+ years' experience using Word, Excel, and Power Point, etc. Customer service and project management experience. 3+ years' experience within a procurement, finance and planning capacity. Knowledge of Microsoft Projects software. Ability to work with minimal supervision Proven written, verbal and interpersonal skills, 4-year BS degree in Business Administration, Information System, Engineering or related fields. 2+ years' data analysis experience in the facilities maintenance program, specifically in asset management and spare part optimization. User training experience is desired. Must be self-driven, organized and be able to work in a fast paced team environment.
