Job Description

  1. Oversight of maintenance operations in accordance with CBRE Managed Services, Procedures and Policies.

  2. Ensuring the efficient and effective operation, maintenance and repair of the Tenant M&E Plant and Equipment and Services.

  3. Compliance with and record keeping for CBRE Managed Services ISO 9002 Quality Management System.

  4. Carry out Planned maintenance & reactive repairs to the sites M&E systems (Examples: Fire, Air Conditioning/HVAC and LV Electrical Distribution and Switch Gear) where competent to do so

  5. Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices.

  6. First line supervision of Specialist Service Contractors, including Induction and signing off and actioning minor works listed on service report sheets in accordance with the Operations Manager.

  7. Support in the preparation of client reporting as required

  8. Ensure client reactive tasks are completed in a timely manner and that the contract support & client are updated on the state of planned and reactive maintenance

  9. Support the warranty & snagging plan in line with the agreed proposal to minimise asset damage and downtime

    Key responsibilities - Soft service support

  10. Carrying out Post Room services

  11. Supporting the management of the access control system and card production for the College

    1. Coordinate the room set ups for all Meetings & Events.
    2. Collect and replace confidential waste bags as required.
  12. Assist with any other administration or tasks delegated by the Workplace Manager

Candidate Description

  1. Have a good understanding of business requirements and the ability to work with continuous improvement.

  2. Ability to participate in a diverse and effective team.

  3. Convey messages and ideas clearly and openly through varied and appropriate communication methods

  4. Be able to work self sufficiently and part of a team as required

  5. A demonstrated problem solving ability, 1. Hold a recognised industry qualification in engineering & maintenance (level three preferred)

    1. IOSH managing safety systems desired
