Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence Leader (EMEA) is accountable for driving best practice including systems, processes, and technology; supporting volume and surge hiring and identifying opportunities to collaborate across business lines and geographies to create positive Talent Acquisition outcomes. Key duties & responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Ensuring the successful deployment of the new global Applicant Tracking System across the EMEA region Change management, including critically assessing processes and ways of working to ensure current and future workforce requirements across GWS EMEA are met Collaborating with People Team, Business Leaders and global TA Leaders to develop and implement regional TA strategies to attract and recruit the best talent Acting as a trusted advisor to Executives, People and Business Line leadership, ensuring recruitment best practice and legislation is adhered to Collaborating with other Centres of Excellence such as Total Rewards & Marketing to create compelling regional TA strategies Developing regional recruiting strategies to deliver diverse talent, great candidate and Hiring Manger experience through innovation, process efficiency and speed Analysing trends and providing data insights to drive hiring and sourcing key talent decisions Identifies inefficiencies in processes and deploys appropriate tools enabling effective identification and selection of talent. Monitors and ensures compliance to all applicable local laws governing the selection process. Candidate Description

  • Proven track record in deploying TA technology across a multi country EMEA portfolio

  • Demonstrable experience of collaborating across boundaries / borders and working knowledge of the complexities of multi country EMEA portfolios including Workers Councils

  • Strong project and change management skills with a track record of solving complex problems, designing strategies and delivering results

  • Strategic thinker with ability to design innovative, differentiating strategies to attract highly qualified candidates and market brand opportunities and value proposition.

  • Maintain a big picture view across CBRE Business Lines whilst managing effective day to day delivery

  • Strong understanding of recruitment technology & tools with knowledge to leverage platforms in order to drive performance and increase TA productivity and effectiveness

  • Experience in identifying creative recruiting strategies

  • Able to work in a matrix organisation, prioritising, and effectively communicating with key stakeholders to achieve team goals

  • Ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels
