We provide flexible person-centred care, support and companionship to a range of adults whose care needs may include support with medication, meal preparation, personal care and accessing activities within their local community.
We are recruiting Support Workers in the Teesside area who want to make that difference. This is a responsible yet hugely satisfying role. We are looking for compassionate and reliable people from all walks of life who will be able to uphold our values as they provide excellent support to our customers. No experience is needed as we will give you all the training and support you need, including opportunities to gain recognised qualifications in health and social care.
We pay £8.55 per hour for customer contact time with enhancements of up to £9.90 per hour for waking night weekend working and generous sleepover rates.
