The Security Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day service delivery of the Securitas Security function at site level. This achieved through:
The planning and delivery of all daily Security duties in line with agreed site processes and procedures.
The daily management of the site security team, ensuring contracted hours are met, duties are carried out to a high standard and reports and records are completed accurately.
The building and development of a productive and professional relationship with all key stake holders both within Securitas and the clients business.
Being the initial point of contact for service delivery, development, performance management and reporting.
Ensure all Security personnel have undertaken the appropriate vetting, security clearance and training.
Management of the site roster to ensure manning levels are maintained to agreed contract standard.
To rigorously review and promote health and safety on site.
Support the planning, development and implementing of staff training, including both routine duties and emergency procedures.
Responsible for the coordination of the security response to any unplanned events that occur on or close to site that could adversely impact the safety and security of the site its people and assets.
All Security Officers are met at least once a month, proactively monitoring welfare, performance and maintaining positive employee relations.
Maintain communication and the flow of information via informal and formal channels signed briefings and focus topics.
Support and update Assignment Instructions, databases and site documentation.
Ensure all incidents are reported in compliance with the customer's policies and procedures.
Monitor and report faults with security related equipment, ensuring they are reported correctly and repaired within agreed timescales.
Being fully conversant with operational functions including Access Control, CCTV, Detection and Alarm Systems, ensuring effective monitoring and reporting function is maintained.
Ensure understanding and demonstrable implementation of the Values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.
Any other reasonable duties as directed by the National Operations Manager / National Account Director.

What you will bring to be a Security Professional:
Right to work in the UK and have a five-year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment.
Full UK driving licence and own transport due to location of client's sites.
Full SIA Licence - Frontline Security.
Willing to undergo and qualify for SC Clearance.
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Be punctual, reliable and have an enthusiastic, proactive attitude.
Be willing and able to work shifts covering days, nights and week-ends.
