Job DescriptionThis is an excellent opportunity to work closely and support the Mitie Facilities team at an exciting point in the development of the new Sky Studios Elstree site.u00a0 This role worksu00a0closely with our client Sky andu00a0will report into the Security Assurance Manager within Mitie.You will:Deliver a 5-star experience to all colleagues and deliver the agreed services within budget and to the highest standardDevelop good Client and Customer relationships as well as key communications with Sky Studios Management and those within MITIEOrganise and attend regular update meetings with the senior management team and stakeholders to discuss any site security related issuesActively monitor Production activities ensuring there are no breaches to the building management systems and functionsStandardise all policies and procedures in accordance with all on the accountTo ensure the Companyu2019s Health, Safety and Quality procedures are followedu00a0Work with corporate security regarding site specific SOPu2019s and COPu2019s where requiredEnsure the site is manned to the agreed levelsTo undertake and fulfil duties required in running a day-to-day operation associated with a National Media Broadcast facility. Delivery of an efficient and effective command and control function and incident management and escalation on an international basis.Manage the running of the site, liaising with clientu2019s personnel and own staff to achieve and deliver a proactive and diligent service. Able to react and deal with any incident on siteAll contractual commitments are honoured and if there is any failure be the first to advise the Head of Security where requiredMonitor labour turnover, absenteeism, and performance standardsWork with all Sky departments and advise and assist for any eventsWork alongside local MFM GM advising on all security related issuesu00a0
