Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Site Outage Coordinator to join Sellafield. The individual will have management oversight during the planning, preparation, delivery and close out of both forced and planned outages at Sellafield site. As a Site Outage Coordinator your main responsibilities would be: + Supporting the Site Outage planning through direct communication and interface with OU Integration Managers (IM's), and effectively communicating to all stakeholders ensuring that the facilities attend and contribute as required + Supporting the co-ordination of information, and identification of resources, ensuring timely delivery of work scope pro-forma documents, production of preparation plans, delivery plans and delivery of scheduled outage tasks + Supporting the assurance and planning teams in production of Level 1, 2, 3 outage plans, logic and resource loading, communicating level of confidence into readiness reviews, along with areas of weakness/concerns identified and initiate condition reports and mandate action plans to address weaknesses + Ensuring ALL facility outages are identified and discussed to allow appropriate scope opportunities to be realised, providing oversight for planned and forced outages to ensure compliance with outage process standards/SLP, safety, legislative and regulatory requirements + Provide coaching/support to Facility IWM teams on the Outage Management SLP Suite and methodology - to include 'on plant' coaching in allocated Directorates. + Ensuring delivery activities are accomplished in accordance with the pre-approved schedules which manage risk, resources and coordinate tasks, and outage change control process is adhered to for emergent work and schedule exceptions (at-risk activities).
