Senior Training Specialist

Candidate Description

· Proven ability to inspire learners in a virtual and physical environment · Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects · Ability to work with and influence employees at all levels of the organization · Strong analytical orientation; comfortable using databases and analytical tools and making data-based decisions · Strong customer orientation and commercial acumen · Knowledge of retail business concepts, strategies, and practices · Fluent written and oral communication skills in English · Bi-lingual proficiency in German, French, Italian or Spanish would be an advantage · Comfortable facilitating and managing demanding groups of dynamic ambitoius people

· Bachelor's degree or compensating professional experience · Relevant background, prefferably in a commercial environment · Relevant experience developing and delivering training content · Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership

We are looking for an experienced learning & development specialist who recognises the importance to use hard and soft skills to create value and build long term relationships with our vendors and sellers for our customers. As a senior training specialist, you will deliver our in house commercial training programs and develop new tools and content to help Amazon employees across the EU develop their commercial capabilities.

You will be part of a growing team, reporting to the Manager, EU Consumer Training & Learning, based in London. You may be based at the Amazon EU office in any one of these EU countries: France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain and the United Kingdom.

This role will involve frequent travel to each of the 6 European countries mentioned above. Occasional travel to other countries in which we operate may also be required.
