To manage and provide a complete Occupancy, Space Management and Moves, Adds and Changes service to one or more client accounts as directed. Ensure that all occupancy, space management and MAC services are delivered efficiently and effectively on behalf of the client(s), providing guidance on selection of and management of the supply chain and providing accurate and timely reporting of all activity and key client matrices as directed. Key Responsibilities
Act as the client interface for all occupancy planning, move and change activity, interfacing with authority and diplomacy throughout the client business to ensure efficient and effective utilisation of available space.
Ensure accurate and timely activity and space allocation matrix reporting both to the client and to the Head of Space Management and Moves, Adds and Changes at CBRE.
Manage a client based team to provide accurate CAD drawings of client accommodation as and when required and move delivery contractors as required.
Responsible for project managing the move process
Ensure the provision of innovative and creative alternative layout options to improve workflow and/or enhance the client working environment.
Be proficient in the use of Autocad and other occupancy and space management systems as required.
Effectively manage client move projects to ensure accurate delivery of changes to accommodation on time and on budget.
Ensure building and/or area readiness for all moves (incoming areas)
Promote and market PJM MAC services internally and externally
Proven experience of working with Autocad Release 14 and above
Proven experience of space planning, preferably within a corporate environment (Min 3 years)
Proven experience of managing corporate moves (Min 3years)
A good knowledge of the Move (Porterage) supply chain
Good written and verbal communications and negotiation skills
Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
Proven experience of reporting using standard Microsoft Office tools
