We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the Cyber Security UK team to run our regulatory and compliance domain with a key focus being driving project outcomes to meet the Telecomms Security Requirements (TSR).
This person will be responsible for managing a number of complex, technical and strategic projects that contribute to the Cyber Security strategy and Vodafone UK's regulatory obligations.
The Senior Project Manager will have complete end to end delivery responsibility from inception scoping and building case preparation through design, build and test before overseeing deployment and handover to operations. All projects are delivered through a formal governance process following a Vodafone Project Delivery Lifecycle, however the delivery model may vary between Waterfall and Agile methodologies as Cyber Security are currently driving the adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across our delivery programmes.
Projects will vary in complexity and will require a good understanding of internal infrastructure and delivery processes. Ideally you will have experience of delivering Cyber Security controls and platforms including Firewall & Proxy Management, Access Management, Logging and Monitoring, IPS, WAF, Vulnerability Scanning, Patching, Asset Management etc. You will need to engage with suppliers and drive delivery efficiencies where appropriate. You will need to provide management oversight on every project from an end to end perspective, including the achievement of all delivery milestones and to ensure the projects are delivered in line with agreed budgets.,
An individual with proven experience of delivering major technology projects and programmes with budgets in excess of £1m
Experience in the Cyber Security industry

Able to operate with a high degree of autonomy, flexibility and self-organisation
