What we need
We need a digital all rounder who can understand users, use data to shape decisions, create content and forms, and who’s able to communicate this convincingly to business stakeholders.
It’s a varied role as you’ll work with many different services across the council; from bins, to taxi licensing, to social care for adults. And you'll be researching, prototyping, wireframing, writing content, building forms, user testing, interpreting analytics.
We have 2 permanent roles available one which is 37 hours per week, and the other which is 30 hours per week.
