Job Description

  • Ensuring work orders are received, assigned and progressed through to completion, in accordance with client requirement and contractual agreement

  • Exception handling of work orders

  • In day jeopardy management, ensuring work orders are removed from jeopardy and actioned/progressed accordingly

  • Uphold in day management of engineers, making sure they are progressing their day according to the schedule

  • Analysis of job completion, ensuring jobs have been completed correctly on the system

  • Analysis of incomplete jobs, ensuring they have been passed back correctly for the system to progress further

  • Liaising with Service Continuity Team where required

  • Liaising with engineers to ensure and assist with the progression of their day

  • Run regular reports to enable tracking and workflow progression,

  • Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;

  • Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;

  • Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;

  • Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system;

    Information Security

  • Ensure compliance with Mitie's information security procedures in all activities;

  • Proactively identify and report security risks to your manager;

  • Report actual and suspected security incidents
