Role Background: The RAID lead will have a broad remit, focused on effective risk management across the programme. This role is currently being performed by an external consultant and the intention is to transition this role over to a highly skilled and motivated contractor or civil service project delivery professional. This transition will be managed very carefully and we have planned a significant hand over time to ensure the new team is properly prepared and set up for success., + Owning RAID across Testing Operations Directorate, including setting standards and managing process + Managing the Integrated RAID log and work with workstream PMO teams to ensure workstream risks are properly documented and mitigated + Owning and driving the Programme level risk process with Directors + Ensuring Risks are linked to Milestone plan
- Previous experience of RAID management in a complex programme + Good Communication and analytic skills + Be experienced and credible in dealing with a broad and complex range of stakeholders, both internal and external. + Demonstrate persistence and resilience, achieving success by delivery despite obstacles or setbacks. + Have experience working in a fast-paced environment, be proactive, taking ownership and accountability for decision and commitments Desirable Criteria: + Programme/Project Management qualifications such as MSP, Prince 2, APMP or similar.
