Here at Serco we are looking for a Planning Architect to join our successful OutPerform Solutions Team in Liverpool. Our OutPerfrom Solutions Team is an integral part of our Customer Services business unit which aims to provide scale, flexibility and access to the latest digital services for our customers - we are growing rapidly in Customer Services and our aim is to become an industry leader in the field. Working in collaboration with our customers and suppliers you will be responsible for value add and in-depth support to the Bid Team with Resource and FTE modelling solutions to drive the most cost effective and efficient solutions for success. You will project manage the Outperform planning solution on successful BIDS post innovation phase sign off, ensuring that the planning and delivery cycle is implemented. You will provide oversight and guidance on forecasting principals to allow a collaborative approach
- this will include use of latest finance and marketing information, market conditions & historical analysis aligned with customer contact behaviour trends! As a specialist in the field you will formalise continual planning and delivery assumptions, providing recommendations and improvement opportunities where needed and through commercial and strategic awareness you will ensure that all the plans work! This is a huge opportunity to further your career and have a real impact on the success of the Customer Services!Initally this is a home based role until Spring 2021 (approximate), then there will be a requirement to work from our Phoenix House office location. What do you need to do the role: We are looking for someone who has extensive relevant experience working within the inbound customer services outsourcing sector. You should have experience with Microsoft Excel - Capacity Planning Modelling as well as experience of Invitation to Tender processing and turning those into operational reality, business modelling. Naturally confident, you will be able to negotiate successfully with all stakeholders and have the gravitas to build solid relationships to leverage client/supplier capability.
