CBRE is currently seeking a European Flexpert to join its rapidly growing Agile Practice team. The purpose of this position is to lead Advisory and Transaction execution support on agile transactions acquisitions across EMEA. This role will also be involved in supporting the Agile Advisory lead in business development, data management, and education of the local brokerage market. Key Responsibilities
Execute agile transactions o Support and partner with local brokers to close in-market flex deals o Work with account teams and clients to understand current and future agile spaces needs, including desire, demand and timing o Match flexible space needs to current market availabilities, utilising internal databases and working closely with agile providers to obtain up-to-date inventory information o Oversee CBRE's Shared Service Centre FAST team to develop survey reports of agile availabilities, explaining provider and product nuances o Collaborate with account teams and local brokerage teams to insert client considerations and deal inputs into traditional vs. flex analysis and other agile tech tools as needed; review analysis with operators to identify critical data and findings to present to client o Set up and coordinate space tours with agile providers, leading tours if needed o Collaborate and coordinate with account teams to collect, analyze and negotiate offers from providers, ensuring favorable deal terms, timely conversion and efficient negotiations. o Facilitate and coordinate Membership Services Agreement (MSA) reviews and inputs from account teams, client, legal and IT o Utilising the Shared Service Centre resource ensure signed agreements are loaded into the internal tracking system for data collection, fee processing/review, and monitoring client follow up o Act as single point of contact for multi-country and portfolio projects
Develop agile business: o Consistently feed account teams educational information, relevant provider updates and agile trends that will enable them to deliver valuable counsel and perspectives to their clients o Closely collaborate with Agile Advisory lead and local agile contacts to develop marketing and research including developing best practices and lessons learned documents, developing new client solutions and opportunities to leverage larger CBRE platform o Act as regional agile expert and field agile-oriented questions, inquiries and information requests to brokers, account teams and partners in a timely manner o Assist account teams in creating materials, input into RFP proposals, reach out emails and prospecting campaigns that use CBRE's Agile as a sales angle. o Connect with in-market sales teams and account teams to generate client interest, identify list of top targets o Support materials for reporting to internal leadership about successes to date, findings, considerations as requested to demonstrate ongoing value of Agile Practice and flexperts
Data and knowledge management: o Work and establish/maintain relationships with key local flexible providers across EMEA to understand locations, products, pricing and fee structures o Coordinate in-office presentation or promotions with agile providers; present on agile updates as needed in market meetings o Collect and share best practices with entire team/Flexperts (Case Studies, FAQ, Best Practices) o Enter comparable data and licence agreements into the platform systems o Enter all transactions into prospect trackers
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS). Minimum of 5 years of real estate experience required
Transaction Management experience - European experience a plus
Relevant experience in agile (coworking, shared office, executive suite) deals a plus - directly or on behalf of clients
Ability to act with a degree of autonomy to solve problems and think creatively in an area where not all data is always available
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite Products, strong excel/cash flow modelling an advantage.
Highly collaborative in a team environment. Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
Established relationships with flex providers a plus
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
Comfortable conducting basic financial analysis, calculating sales figures (discounts, percentages, commissions), and analyzing and selling with data
Excels under pressure, works well independently and on a team, thrives in fast-paced environment and has "growth mentality" or "entrepreneurial mindset"
