How you will make an impact as a Reception Manager :
Deliver a consistently high-end customer focussed experience
Embody a high-performance approach and encourage colleagues to do the same
Ensure the workplace (reception, lobby, office, etc.) is visually of a high standard
Provide timely and accurate information
Respond appropriately to varying and fast changing priorities
Build strong rapport with reoccurring customers (client staff, visitors, contractors, etc.)
Manage a team of receptionists to ensure that Securitas and the client are represented in a wold class manner.
What you will bring to be a Recption Manager :
Have the right to work in the UK
Provide a 5 year checkable history
Ability to Build Strong Relationships
Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels both internally and externally
Business Acumen & Commercial Awareness
Strong customer service or switchboard background
Managerial or Supervisory experience
Experience within the education sector (not essential)
