Job Description

How you will make an impact as a Reception Manager :

  • Deliver a consistently high-end customer focussed experience

  • Embody a high-performance approach and encourage colleagues to do the same

  • Ensure the workplace (reception, lobby, office, etc.) is visually of a high standard

  • Provide timely and accurate information

  • Respond appropriately to varying and fast changing priorities

  • Build strong rapport with reoccurring customers (client staff, visitors, contractors, etc.)

  • Manage a team of receptionists to ensure that Securitas and the client are represented in a wold class manner.

Candidate Description

What you will bring to be a Recption Manager :

  • Have the right to work in the UK

  • Provide a 5 year checkable history

  • Ability to Build Strong Relationships

  • Influencer

  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels both internally and externally

  • Business Acumen & Commercial Awareness

  • Strong customer service or switchboard background

  • Managerial or Supervisory experience

  • Experience within the education sector (not essential)
